Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter, honey, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the cookies cool on a wire rack and enjoy!
