Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
  4. Brush the honey glaze over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve with steamed vegetables or rice
