Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Brush the honey glaze over the salmon fillets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or rice
